本产品是针对普遍存在的轻度游戏成瘾导致的日常生活规律紊乱以及工作效率下降现象,尝试提出一种缓解相关问题的思路。在认同游戏“第九艺术”的价值的视角下,尝试通过在游戏行为前对自身情况的评价行为帮助玩家建立自我认知,以一种非强迫性的,治疗属性隐晦的方式,帮助玩家克服游戏成瘾带来的拖延、负罪感和效率下降。

This product is aimed at the decline in work efficiency caused by gaming disorder and trying to come up with an idea to alleviate related anxiety or sense of guilty. At present, gaming disorder is a common phenomenon with mental illness attributes, and it is usually treated with behavioral cognitive therapy. From the perspective of recognizing the value of the “ninth art” of the game, I’m trying to help players establish self-awareness through the evaluation of their own situation before the gaming process in order to help the player overcome the problems caused by gaming disorder in a non-compulsive way.
