本课题对腹腔镜微创手术机器人主动端的主操作手的握柄和机械臂进行了人机交互优化设计和外观改进设计。重新设计了握柄的形状结构,以及按钮的布局,使其更符合手握产品的人机工学需要,让医生在长时间的手术过程中不易疲劳,操作更加便捷。重新设计了机械臂的外观,更具流线型,配色采用简单的蓝白搭配,符合医疗产品给人的柔和,亲切,干净的感受。

In this project, the human-computer interaction optimization and appearance design of the main manipulator of the surgical robot are carried out. The shape and structure of the handle and the layout of the buttons have been redesigned to make it more in line with the needs of ergonomics, so that the doctor will not be fatigued during a long operation and the operation will be more convenient. The appearance of the robotic arm has been redesigned to be more streamlined, and the color matching adopts a simple blue and white collocation, which is in line with the soft, cordial and clean feeling of medical products.
