As the epidemic of COVID-19 becomes normality, respirators are essential in our daily life. The‘PerFit’respirator is individually designed for university students. The forward design of the respirator is based on the face curve extracted from the head model which generated by reverse engineering. Therefore, this respirator can perfectly fit on the face. It has magnetic structure to help ease the process of pulling on or off, and the silica gel improves the utilization efficiency of respirator. By testing and evaluating the prototype, the respirator is confirmed comfortable.
