随着生活压力的不断增加,越来越多的大学生和初入职场的年轻人容易产生焦虑情绪,并且影响到了自己的正常生活。因此,本课题为这一类人群设计了一款缓解焦虑情绪的手机软件,该软件结合了日记记录,冥想教程,心理咨询等多种缓解情绪的可行方法,希望通过这个软件帮助用户了解自己的情绪状况,减少压力,缓解焦虑,享受生活。
With the continuous increase of life pressure, more and more college students and young people who are new to the workforce are prone to anxiety and affect their normal life. Therefore, this project has designed a mobile phone software to relieve anxiety for this group of people. This software combines diary records, meditation tutorials, psychological counseling and other feasible methods to relieve pressure. It is hoped that this software can help users understand their own Emotional condition, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and enjoy life.
