中国有着数倍于发达国家的养老市场，但并不是所有人都能负担得起价格高昂的养老设备。随着上海市针对养老租赁服务的政策出台，医疗床租赁业务应运而生。但现有租赁医疗床无论从产品设计还是系统服务都差强人意。为提升租赁效率，节约租赁成本与提升用户体验，我们设计了一款针对租赁服务的医疗床与配套的在线租赁App。这款医疗床在运输时可拆分为三部分，节省运输成本；关键部位可实现快速拆装，节省安装人力成本。质量小，强度高，便于租赁场景使用。配套的租赁App针对产品推荐，租赁流程管理，租金账单统计，设备管理，疑难解答等用户痛点进行针对性的功能设计，满足在线租赁的使用。

With the introduction of Shanghai's policy on pension leasing service, medical bed leasing business emerges as the times require. But the existing rental medical bed is not satisfactory in terms of product design or system service. In order to improve the leasing efficiency, save the leasing cost and improve the user experience, we designed a medical bed and supporting online leasing app for leasing service. The medical bed can be divided into three parts during transportation, saving transportation cost; The key parts can be quickly disassembled and assembled to save the installation labor cost. Low quality and high intensity make it easy to use in rental scenarios. The supporting rental app is designed for product recommendation, rental process management, rental bill statistics, equipment management, troubleshooting and other user pain points to meet the use of online leasing.
