我们通过实验对移动及联通两家运营商下的手机营业厅APP进行可用性测试,采用访谈、可用性测量问卷与眼动追踪技术从主客观两方面对两款APP的可用性进行测试,以发现用户在使用过程中遇到的问题与期望的改进。我们分析了实验收集的数据并对两款APP可用性进行了评价,最后提出了一些改进方案并设计了改进的交互原型。欢迎给位老师同学批评指正。
We test the usability of the app in the mobile phone business hall of China Mobile and China Unicom through experiments. We use interview, usability measurement questionnaire and eye tracking technology to test the usability of the two apps from both subjective and objective sides, so as to find out the problems and improvement of expectations encountered by users during the use process. We analyzed the data collected from the experiment and evaluated the usability of the two apps. Finally, we proposed some improvement schemes and designed the improved interaction prototype.
