我们针对无人寄件车进行可用性测试,发现其中的问题,并提出方案改善用户体验。在进行实验时,我们邀请被试者戴上眼动仪后体验整个流程:1.用手机进行预约快递车。2.下楼进行投递。通过观察,调查访谈和数据分析来找出产品的不足之处。
最后我们给出了参考意见以及设计方案,由于版面篇幅有限,因此我们只节选了部分的改进意见和方案,欢迎各位同学老师批评指正。
We tested the usability of unattended delivery vehicles, found problems, and proposed solutions to improve the user experience.During the experiment, we invited the subjects to experience the whole process after wearing the eye-tracking device: 1. using their mobile phones to make a reservation for the delivery car. 2. going downstairs to make a delivery. Observation, survey interviews, and data analysis were used to identify shortcomings in the product.
In the end, we have given the reference ideas and design plans. Due to the limited space, we have only excerpted some of the improvement ideas and plans, and welcome your criticism and correction.
